Mariah Carey is apparently pregnant with her first child and is expecting a baby boy. The singer, who has yet to confirm the pregnancy, is likely to make an announcement in the next few weeks once she has been reassured that the baby is healthy, according to sources. LOL. its going to be a lil Nick Cannon.
